We planted 139 trees!
Our yearbook company TreeRing partnered with Trees for the Future to plant a tree for every yearbook we purchased–139 year books=139 trees! If you did not purchase one, never fear! It is not too late to order your yearbook from last year–parents can check for emails from Principal Noyes from April 6 for setting up a TreeRing account and the codes for K-5 and 6-8.

To replace our annual school Lap-A-Thon fundraiser, we propose a fun way to raise money for our school by staying active and healthy. Clifford’s PTO challenges you to ask friends and family to support your child in our annual fundraiser. Your student will commit to daily activities. Donations of any amount are welcome.
Examples of activities to participate in during the fundraising week include: bike riding, jumping rope, running, walking, playing hopscotch and hiking.
Donations can be made using PayPal button below or made out to “Clifford PTO” and mailed to Jennifer Erskine (PTO President) at 233 Warwick Street, Redwood City, CA 94062

Para reemplazar nuestra recaudación de fondos anual de Lap-A-Thon, proponemos una manera divertida de recaudar dinero para nuestra escuela manteniéndonos activos y saludables. La PTO de Clifford te desafía a pedir a tus amigos y familiares que apoyen a tu hijo en nuestra recaudación de fondos anual. Su estudiante se comprometerá con las actividades diarias.
Donaciones de cualquier cantidad son bienvenidas.
Ejemplos de actividades para participar durante la semana de recaudación de fondos incluyen: paseos en bicicleta, saltar la cuerda, correr, caminar, jugar la rayuela y hacer senderismo.

During the last week of January, Clifford Elementary will join schools and families nationwide in The Great Kindness Challenge. During this week the school will be devoted to performing as many acts of kindness as

MAZE DAY
Wednesday, August 14, 2019 9 AM – 12 PM OR 4 PM – 7 PM

Maze Day is the day our parents the have opportunity to receive information about Clifford school, meet the staff that attends Maze Day, meet our fabulous PTO, fill out forms for the nurse, sign up and/or learn about school sports… etc. You will also receive your child (children) class placement (elementary) or schedule (middle) at this time.
We are also holding individual student picture day on this day at both sessions. Don’t worry if you can’t make it or can’t get a picture on this day as we will hold a second picture day on September 20th at school.
If you are unable to attend Maze Day you will be able to pick up your child’s schedule beginning on Thursday, August 15th in the main office.

Maze Day es el día en que nuestros padres tienen la oportunidad de recibir información sobre la escuela Clifford, conocer al personal que asiste a Maze Day, conocer nuestro fabuloso PTO, llenar formularios para la enfermera, inscribirse y / o aprender sobre los deportes escolares … etc. También recibirá en este momento la colocación en clase de su hijo (niños) (primaria) u horario (intermedio).
También estamos celebrando el día de la fotografía individual del estudiante en este día en ambas sesiones. No se preocupe si no puede hacerlo o no puede obtener una foto en este día, ya que tendremos un segundo día de fotografía el 20 de septiembre en la escuela.
Si no puede asistir al Día del Laberinto, podrá recoger el horario de su hijo a partir del jueves 15 de agosto en la oficina principal.
